The Nike Men’s Lock Down Training Gloves are definitely not as resistant as anything else we have been looking at in this article, but, depending on the intensity of your workouts they should last for at least a year, 6 months for people with really intense workouts. They are made from an artificial mesh that allows your hands to breathe, and we really felt like these were the coolest gloves to train in. The fingers are extra long but we did find that after several weeks of training they tend to roll back just a little bit, particularly towards the end of the workout. The grip of the glove though is perfectly designed and we really enjoyed using them. The wrist wrap too, is firm but not so tight as to constrict blood circulation. The bottom line is that if you are on a really tight budget, or you want to always wear gloves that look and feel brand new, you could go with the Nike Men’s Lock Down Training Gloves and just buy a new pair when the old one starts to fail. If you do the math you’ll notice that, if you change them every year or so, you will still come under budget with regard to the other gloves we have been talking about, for the first 2 and a half years.
